Education and Enforcement

The primary duty of the Holliston Police Traffic Enforcement Unit is to enforce the traffic laws of the State of Massachusetts and all Town of Holliston by-laws pertaining to traffic enforcement. The reason for the enforcement and education is to ensure that everyone traveling on the roadways stay as safe and secure as possible.

Traffic accidents and other traffic issues frequently interrupt the flow of traffic and it is this unit's duty to see that such interruptions happen as infrequently as possible.

If you have a traffic complaint in your neighborhood or a question regarding Massachusetts Traffic Statutes or the Enforcement of Massachusetts's Traffic Laws please call the traffic supervisor, Sergeant Leurini at (508)429-1212 or e-mail him at leurini@hollistonpolice.com

Additionally, please fill out a complaint form and e-mail or bring it to the police station. Requests will be addressed in the order in which they are received.

Specially trained officers provide valuable service to the community by preventing overweight and unsafe trucks from damaging the roads and presenting safety hazards. The Holliston Police Department operates our own truck scale and our enforcement efforts are focused on the hundreds of large commercial trucks that pass through our community each day.
